Looks like I’m falling behind in my writing already!
Yesterday, for lunch I made some extremely simple salad rolls. Lettuce, vegetarian Vietnamese sausage and banana peppers all rolled up in rice paper. I also added some rice to the mix and created some sushi/salad roll hybrids. And lots of rice left over for some more sushi! Pretty healthy, although it was a little bland :( some soy sauce would have fixed that problem.
For dinner I wanted something quick so I could head to the gym so I just ate rice with some stir-fried cabbage similar to earlier (finally finishing off all that cabbage that was left in my house).
I promise that I’ll have something more interesting tomorrow!
